Meet Roxana P. Villaran
Founder & Business Adviser
Roxana Villaran, known to clients and the South Florida business community for years as Roxana Scaffidi, is the founder and Business Adviser of FL-Accounting LLC, dba/ Florida Accounting & Advisers. With more than 36 years of hands-on accounting and advisory experience—including over 10 years as a Comptroller in manufacturing companies—she understands the financial and operational challenges business owners face.
Her experience spans bookkeeping, accounting, business administration, management, costing, inventory, factoring, and budgeting. This broad background helps her connect financial information with the daily operations and challenges of a business.
Roxana remains personally involved with clients and is available directly by text or phone for practical guidance and bookkeeping support. She works closely with the company’s professional support team to coordinate the services each client needs.
Today, she supports individuals and businesses of all kinds—including small businesses, startups, family-owned businesses, established companies, and international owners operating businesses in the United States.
